With his airport taxi, Floyd Hambira offers an alternative to a rented car. There is no public transport in Windhoek and people do rely on private cars. However, it will make more sense if you hire a car once you really need it for long distances. In the meantime, Floyd will pick you up around the clock and drop you off at your accommodation. If you feel like it, Floyd can show you around and let you discover the traces of a multicultural capital in Southern Africa, e.g. the governmental area, the woodcarvers' market, Café Kaiserkrone or the township Katutura. Floyd has spent years in Europe (Germany) and is fluent in German and English. He knows how travellers from overseas think, feel and act. As a tour guide he has travelled with visitors from all parts of the world such as Australia, the US, Japan, Austria and Italy.
The Toyota Condor is well taken care of with enough space for up to five travellers. For longer distances, the transfer service can also be booked with a tour guide.
